Bay Colony Tennis Club

Project Overview

The comprehensive and highly technical project at the Bay Colony Tennis Administration Center involved a series of selective demolition and structural concrete operations. Our team executed precise concrete cutting to remove specific sections of the facility without compromising the integrity of surrounding structures. This scope of work included storefront and tie beam removals, as well as partial building demolition - meticulously carried out to prepare the site for upcoming developments.

This project involved the installation of new concrete for the facility's expansions, including the construction of ADA-compliant wheelchair ramps to enhance accessibility. We also designed and built multiple staircases to improve pedestrian circulation throughout the site. A sophisticated system of concrete drains was implemented around the tennis courts to efficiently manage water runoff. Additionally, the construction of a new maintenance building was completed, further upgrading the facility’s infrastructure and contributing to its long-term operational efficiency.
