Beach House Captiva
This construction project involved the design and development of a brand-new 13,000-square-foot beachfront restaurant on Captiva Island, Florida. The scope of work encompassed full-site preparation, structural foundation work, and the complete construction of the restaurant building from the ground up. This project required a high level of expertise in commercial concrete construction, with all structural components including concrete footings, masonry, slab pours, tie beams, and columns being cast in place. The final result is a state-of-the-art restaurant with an oceanfront view, built to withstand the challenges of the local coastal environment.
