Imperial Club
We recently completed a complex, large-scale demolition and concrete project at a high-rise property on the beach in Naples, overcoming both technical and logistical challenges throughout the process. The project scope included the full demolition of concrete slabs and staircases encircling the building. Utilizing slab saws and specialized equipment, our team meticulously dismantled these structures while ensuring minimal disruption to the daily lives of residents.
A critical component of this project was maintaining accessibility for residents during the demolition and concrete phases. To address this, our team designed and constructed temporary wheelchair ramps, ensuring that residents could safely navigate the site throughout the construction process. Upon completion of the demolition, we transitioned to the installation and finishing of new concrete pile caps, grade beams, slabs, and staircases around the high-rise. The final phase focused on the construction of permanent, fully accessible wheelchair ramps, fully aligned with current accessibility standards, to ensure long-term compliance and convenience for all users.
